Employee Onboarding I is designed to develop the mindset needed for great customer service using modern ideas in human psychology, and understand the impact of this mindset to our business, the customer experience, and our society.

Employee Onboarding II is designed to take a core customer-centric mindset, either existing or learned from the first course in the Rapid Hero series, and build upon it with specific tactics and techniques for working directly with customers.
