Tip: The Abandonment Tell
1:37
While the 7 Service Triggers are some of the most common triggers of a customer's anger or fear, it can be hard to pinpoint the triggers when you are on the service floor.
Pay close attention to how your customer reacts to what you say or do before you disconnect with them - these will give you hints that you have (or are about to) set off their fear of abandonment.
